a low key day

Bryan had a good day yesterday (Tuesday). Our dad(Joe) came up to visit in the afternoon and they all just sat with Bryan. They talked when he wanted to talk and they let him sleep when he wanted to sleep. Bryan is being awakened by the bright light in his eyes every hour during the night again as part of their keeping a "close" watch on him while he's recovering from the las procedure.

Merrie and Becky got a lot of extra rest yesterday. They were both able to go back to the hotel through out the day and take a few hours to rest.

I'm sure today is going to be more of the same. But I'll let you know what's up when I hear from Boston.

Well, dear hearts, let's hear it for a "low key day"--sounds like you are doing exactly what God wants you to do, Bryan, resting in His love, resting in the care of those who love you, and trusting Him as the docs and nurses faithfully attend you. Our love and prayers continue for you, Becky, Merrie and Joe and all your extended mishpocha, both physical family, and close in friends and loved ones who all rejoice as God has been leading the med team that is caring for you. Praying that you will continue to rest secure, knowing that you are loved by Y'shua and firmly in His grip! blessings and love, Janie & Steve

Hallelujah! In a low key sort of way...

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf. Heb. 6:19-20

Bryan,
I just heard yesterday. I saw you that morning you looked good. You probably thought it was the food we serve up here in the north. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sounds like you have a GREAT support system. I don't know why? Not like you're a likeable guy or anything. You need to get better. Who would I pick on in May and remind him that he is older.... oh, that's right I'm older!
Can't wait to see you at a Breakfast very soon!!!!
Take care,
Kelly

Hi Bryan and Becky, the "Bluffton News Chain" just reached me with the news of what you've being dealing with. I (and my family) will be praying for all of you. After reading Jenny's posts it's obvious that God is filling you all with peace and strength and joy even during such a hard time. I know that others are being touched by your witness, just like at BC. Can I still say BC? I don't know about you but I can't get used to Bluffton University. :)

Love in Christ,
Yvonne (Wilkerson) Taylor

Hey Bryan!

I'm glad to hear (er... read) that you're doing well. It's been a long time since I last saw you, but in spite of your situation, you look well in the photos. I hope the rest of your time in the hospital goes as smoothly as possible.
